The FB220 Special Fiber Carding Machine is an innovative product designed by our company. It performs fine opening, carding, impurity removal, and blending of pre-opened and conditioned natural fibers (such as cashmere, wool, cotton, silk, and flax), synthetic fibers, and man-made fibers. Utilizing the combing action of cylinders, rollers, and flats, it produces uniform and weight-controlled slivers for the subsequent drawing process.
Structural Composition:
Automatic feeding hopper → Dual-roller feed → Roller opening/carding → Flat carding → Coiler.
